Abstract
Art has increasingly been incorporated into branding and product design as a symbolic cue that may influence consumer responses beyond functional product attributes. However, the psychological mechanisms underlying this relationship remain insufficiently understood in contemporary digital art. Aims to examine the presence of anime-style digital art effects on product evaluation, with mediating variables of perceived luxury and lifestyle perception. 140 respondents were collected. (PLS-SEM) Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling is used for analysis. The study found that the presence of art does not directly influence product evaluations, it's fully mediated by perceived luxury and lifestyle perception. Specifically, the presence of art significantly enhances perceived Luxury and lifestyle Perception, which lead to positive product evaluations. This study expands on study on art infusion, which showed that anime-style digital art influences product evaluation through perceptions of luxury and lifestyle rather than through direct aesthetic appeal. This study also expands art infusion research by examining how anime-style digital art is used in study. Practically, firms should use artistic elements that strengthen perceived luxury and lifestyle perceptions instead of treating art as merely decorative.
