Abstract

The increasing competition in the garment manufacturing industry encourages companies to improve sustainable supply chain performance. This study aims to analyze the supply chain performance of Rumah Jahit Biasa using the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (Green SCOR) model, determine the priority weights of performance indicators using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and develop recommendations for improvement. The performance assessment was conducted using 20 indicators across the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Enable processes. The results showed that the Green Supply Chain Performance score was 80.852, with urgent improvements, namely the low availability of eco-friendly alternative suppliers (S3), limited flexibility of the delivery fleet (D3), high green distribution costs (D4), constraints in planning flexibility during sudden demand shifts (P2), and the sub-optimal reuse of production waste fabric (M5). Therefore, the improvement strategies are concretely directed toward incorporating green criteria into supplier selection, developing responsive backup logistics partnerships, consolidating order delivery schedules, conducting real-time periodic production schedule evaluations, and processing fabric scraps into value-added craft products. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to sustainably enhance Green Supply Chain Management performance toward the Excellent category.
