Abstract

Laskar Sayur is a vegetable supplier distributing products to various traditional markets in the Karanganyar and Sragen regencies. Currently, the process of recording transactions and managing accounts receivable/payable relies on manual notebooks, frequently leading to data loss and calculation errors. These issues can be resolved by implementing a web-based information system to enhance business efficiency. The system will be developed using the Waterfall methodology and technologies including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, the Laravel framework, and MySQL. System testing will employ two methods: Black Box Testing to verify the proper functioning of all features, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess how well the system meets user and consumer needs. The system achieved an SUS score of 80.167—placing it in the "Acceptable" category—indicating its capability to effectively support the management of transactions and accounts receivable/payable.
