Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of using a 26mm Throttle Body with variations in Intake Manifold diameters of 24 mm, 26 mm, and 28 mm on the performance of a 110 cc four-stroke automatic motorcycle engine. The main parameters tested include torque, power, and specific fuel consumption (SFC). Testing was carried out using a dyno test tool to obtain power and torque data, as well as a specific fuel consumption test tool (SFC) to calculate fuel consumption. The results showed that the use of a 26 mm Throttle Body with variations in Intake Manifold diameters significantly increased engine performance compared to standard conditions. The highest torque was obtained at a 26 mm Intake Manifold diameter variation of 16.62 Nm at 2716 rpm, while the highest power was 7.4 HP at 4619 rpm. Based on these results, the 26 mm Intake Manifold diameter variation is the most optimal variation to improve the performance of a 110 cc automatic motorcycle because it is able to produce the highest increase in torque and power compared to other variations.
