Abstract

Document requests at the Rejosari Village Office are currently handled manually, requiring residents to visit the office in person to submit their applications—a process that is inefficient in terms of time. To improve the effectiveness of village administrative services, this study developed a web-based information system that enables online document requests. With this system, the applicant is only required to visit the village office to collect the document once the administrative process is complete, thereby significantly reducing waiting times. Residents simply select the type of document required, fulfill the listed prerequisites, and wait for the document to be prepared before visiting the office. The system development process employed two testing methods: Black-Box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the system was well-received by users; Black-Box testing confirmed that the system functions correctly, while the SUS testing yielded an average score of 85.167%.
