Abstract

Digitalization of the land registration system is the policy of the Ministry of ATR/BPN to realize land services that are effective, efficient, transparent and provide legal certainty. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization of the land registration system by the Pati Regency Land Office and its impact on Land Deed Making Officials (PPAT). The research method used is empirical law with a descriptive approach through interviews and literature study. The research results show that the implementation of digitalization of land services has been quite effective through the ATR/BPN electronic system. Of the ten land services, seven services have been implemented digitally, while the issuance of electronic certificates, media transfer of land documents, and electronic royalties have not been implemented evenly. Digitalization has had a positive impact in the form of accelerating services, administrative efficiency, increasing legal certainty and PPAT professionalism. The negative impacts found include instability of the central server, overlapping coordinate data and land plots that have not been plotted, as well as limited human resource capacity.
