Abstract
The development of information technology in today’s digital age demands changes in various fields, particularly in terms of public services provided by villages. The digitization of public services has now become an inevitable necessity to improve efficiency, transparency, and service quality. In light of these developments, digitizing the services considered least efficient has become crucial. Web applications have proven highly effective for digitizing correspondence services in Sanggrahan Village, which are still handled manually and have not yet been digitized. Because these procedures are time-consuming, they are considered inefficient. This system was developed to meet the needs of residents and village officials in carrying out administrative procedures optimally. This system will be developed using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, and a database. The “Waterfall” methodology was used in development due to the clear requirements for this system; each stage of system design was also clearly documented. The results of this study indicate that the system functions properly after being tested using the “Blackbox Testing” method to verify its functional suitability. Similarly, an evaluation of usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 86.5, rated as “very good.” The system also passed security tests conducted by manipulating the login process. Following this series of tests, the system is expected to serve as a secure, well-organized, and ideal digital service for the village of Sanggrahan.
