Abstract
Batik MSMEs play an important role in preserving cultural heritage while contributing to regional economic growth. Most business owners still rely on manual methods for managing sales and transaction data, resulting in less effective monitoring and information processing. This study aims to develop a web-based Batik Store Website equipped with an analytical dashboard to support integrated management of inventory, transactions, and sales data. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with Laravel as the framework, MySQL as the database management system, and Bootstrap as the user interface framework. (SUS). The test results indicated that all system features functioned properly according to user requirements. Furthermore, the SUS evaluation involving 30 respondents achieved an average score of 87,17 which falls within the Acceptable category with a Grade A rating. Based on these findings, the Batik Store Website is considered effective in improving sales management efficiency, facilitating transaction processes, and providing valuable information to support decision-making for batik MSME owners.
