Abstract

The restocking process at Enggal Dua Mart is still carried out manually, which may lead to delays in product ordering and increase the risk of stock recording errors. This study aims to develop a web-based restocking information system for Enggal Dua Mart to support the digitalization of the existing manual restocking process, thereby minimizing the risk of ordering delays and inventory recording errors. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The application was built using the Django framework and resulted in a web-based restocking system equipped with real-time stock monitoring, restock notifications, and product ordering recommendations based on predefined minimum stock levels. To ensure system quality, testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, System Usability Scale (SUS), and Apache JMeter. The Black Box Testing results indicated that all system features functioned as expected. Apache JMeter testing demonstrated that the system was capable of handling up to 350 concurrent users while maintaining good performance, indicating its suitability for supporting the restocking process and operational needs of Enggal Dua Mart. The SUS evaluation produced an average score of 73.3, which falls into the Good category. The findings show that the developed system effectively supports inventory restocking management, reduces the risk of recording errors, helps maintain stock availability, is easy to use, and performs well under concurrent user access
