Abstract

The development of information technology has accelerated digitalization in financial management, including in the fisheries sector. UMKM Budi Fish still faces challenges in managing its financial data, such as unintegrated record-keeping, delays in report preparation, and difficulties in analyzing product performance. This research aims to develop a web-based financial analytics dashboard capable of monitoring profit and loss as well as evaluating the performance of fishery products. The research employs the prototype method, which enables incremental system development through the creation of an initial model, user evaluation, and system refinement. The system was developed using the Laravel framework to support structured data management. The results of this research consist of an analytical dashboard system capable of displaying financial reports, profit-and-loss charts, and product performance analysis in a visual and interactive manner. Testing results show that all system features function according to user requirements and achieved a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 74.08, indicating that the system has a good level of usability and is acceptable to users. The resulting system is expected to help users monitor their financial condition and support more effective decision-making.
