Abstract
The dynamics of the Industry 4.0 era and technological disruptions have fundamentally transformed organizational human resource management. The Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM), a crucial autonomous organization on campus, continually struggles with a year-to-year decline in ulama cadres due to the absence of systematic documentation regarding the regeneration process. A similar challenge is evident within the Surakarta City Branch of IMM (PC IMM Kota Surakarta), which has yet to adopt an information technology solution to monitor the progression of its members across various structural levels. In response to this issue, this research focuses on designing and constructing a web-based cadre information system to digitalize the administration of member data at PC IMM Kota Surakarta. The software development life cycle employed the waterfall model, integrating the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL for database management. To evaluate the software's feasibility, the study applied Black Box testing to validate functional requirements and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess end-user interface acceptance. Functional testing results confirmed that all application components operate smoothly without errors, aligning with the initial specifications. Meanwhile, the usability measurement using the SUS method achieved an average score of 73.91, classifying it as "Good." Ultimately, this research concludes that the developed cadre platform is highly practical, acceptable, and fully ready for deployment by PC IMM Kota Surakarta.
