Abstract

Anti-Corruption educators are pioneers in the fight against corruption. This study aims to identify the roles and challenges faced by anti-corruption educators in Central Java Province. The research employs a descriptive method with an empirical-legal approach, utilizing interviews and a literature review based on relevant laws and regulations as well as scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that the role of anti-corruption educators in Central Java Province is to instill an culture of anti-corruption integrity through two flagship programs: integrity schools and anti-corruption villages. In their implementation, these programs collaborate with relevant agencies to foster an anti-corruption culture within the community and establish an early prevention system against corruption through educational methods and active public participation. The obstacles that arise, both internal and external, are related to the insufficient number of educators, limited space for conducting education, and the occurrence of bullying against educators.
