Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of communication resilience carried out by TikTok in dealing with crises on user responses. This research uses primary data which is collected using a questionnaire. In this study researchers used descriptive quantitative analysis through univariate tests, regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver.21. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were TikToksop users aged 18-35 years and domiciled in Surakarta. The results showed that the level of communication resilience of TikTok users in responding to the TikTok Shop termination crisis was high. The four indicators show an average value above 3.90, which means that the majority of respondents show resilience in accepting, understanding, and responding to crises in a healthy and adaptive manner.
