Abstract
This study aims to analyze students’ understanding of Pancasila Education values and their career readiness as prospective educators. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that students’ understanding of Pancasila Education values was fairly good but still conceptual. Students’ career readiness was also categorized as moderately ready, particularly in motivation, but still required improvement in pedagogical skills and self-confidence. This study concludes that there is a relationship between students’ understanding of Pancasila Education values and their career readiness as prospective educators. Therefore, integrative earning reinforcement is needed to improve students’ professional readiness.
