Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology in today’s digital era has significantly impacted various sectors, including healthcare services. As a pharmaceutical service unit, Abima Pharmacy is also required to adapt in order to enhance operational efficiency, particularly in managing medicine inventory, which has been a major challenge. To address this issue, this study proposes the development of a web-based information management system using the Waterfall methodology. The system is developed using PHP programming language, supported by the Laravel framework, and executed through a local server environment using XAMPP. The hardware used includes a computer or laptop with at least an Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM, and standard storage and input devices. System evaluation was carried out using black box testing, which confirmed that all features functioned as intended, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, which yielded an average score of 82,5 indicating that the system is well-accepted by users. This implementation is expected to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and service quality of Abima Pharmacy in facing the demands of digital transformation.
