Abstract
Rapid urbanization in major cities like Seoul has led to increasingly complex parking challenges, where high vehicle volumes are not balanced by integrated parking management systems. This imbalance results in low efficiency in land utilization due to limited access to information. This business plan aims to develop Quick Park, a digital solution based on the sharing economy that connects landowners with vehicle users through a mobile application platform. Key features include real-time parking search, a reservation system, and integrated digital payments to provide certainty and efficiency for users. This study employs a comprehensive analysis covering market aspects, competitors, business models, marketing strategies, and financial projections. The analysis reveals significant market opportunities supported by digitalization trends and the smart city concept in South Korea. Utilizing an asset-light, marketplace-based business model, Quick Park offers high scalability without requiring substantial physical infrastructure investment. Financial projections indicate business feasibility with an estimated break-even point within 2.5 years. The implementation strategy is planned in phases, with an initial focus on the Central Business District (CBD) of Seoul as a market validation step. Overall, Quick Park is considered operationally and financially feasible to be implemented as a modern digital parking solution.
