Abstract

The modern hospitality industry requires an effective facility maintenance system to maintain guest satisfaction. Hotel Champlung Mas, a 3-star Hotel in Legian, Bali, faces the challenge of manually managing maintenance, similar to other sectors within the hospitality industry. One crucial aspect of Hotel operations is maintaining facilities to ensure they remain in optimal condition for guest comfort. Champlung Mas Hotel is a 3star Hotel founded in 1984 by Kompyang Wisastra Pande as one of the lodgings that has various facilities and services, facing challenges in managing effective and efficient facility maintenance. The author hopes that the maintenance system designed can provide real solutions in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the facility maintenance process at Champlung Mas Hotel. Through a structured and integrated system, various maintenance activities such as damage reporting, purchasing goods and services, scheduling repairs, monitoring repair status, and documenting maintenance history can be performed more easily, quickly, and accurately. Furthermore, this website is expected to minimize delays in handling facility repair issues, reduce the risk of further damage, and improve the quality of Hotel service to guests. This system is designed not only for technical teams but also to allow Hotel management to easily monitor maintenance performance through real-time reports and data. Therefore, the author believes that this web-based maintenance system can be a strategic step in supporting professional, modern, and sustainable Hotel operational management.
