Abstract

Online platforms have become crucial for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance productivity and reach a wider audience in the digital era. The marketing of UD. Sumber Barokah, an MSME producing cattle skin crackers (rambak kulit), remains limited to local merchant networks at Pasar Legi Solo and word-of-mouth promotion. Furthermore, the flow of incoming and outgoing goods for inventory recording still performs entirely manually. This research aims to develop an integrated web-based information system designed to facilitate product detail presentation, marketing materials, and inventory management automation by implementing the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) algorithm, as well as featuring an interactive chatbot utilizing the String Matching algorithm to respond to common customer inquiries. The Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance phases, served as the development method. Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Activity Diagrams, and Use Case Diagrams served to model the system design stage. System implementation utilized Tailwind CSS for a responsive frontend interface and the Django framework for the backend. Functional testing conducted through the Black-box Testing method showed that all main features operate accurately according to requirement specifications. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method yielded an average score of 76.42. This score places the system in the "Acceptable" category with a "Good" rating, indicating that the website possesses a high level of usability and remains feasible for implementation by business owners to support efficient business operations.
