Abstract

In the dynamic digital era, business success is determined by the ability to adopt information technology and manage operational efficiency. This research aims to analyze and implement Digital Marketing and Product Cost Planning strategies to develop products and improve company performance. The object of this research is Aether Bliss, a natural spray deodorant product made from essential oils developed through the MBKM Wirausaha Merdeka program at PT Syailendra Bumi Investama. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with business feasibility analysis techniques including SWOT Analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and financial analysis through calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Break Even Point (BEP), and Payback Period. The results showed that the integration of Digital Marketing strategies through Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp platforms was effective in expanding market reach, increasing brand awareness, and building personal relationships with consumers through educational content regarding skin health. From the financial aspect, the implementation of Product Cost Planning through a systematic cost planning method successfully identified the Cost of Production (COGS) at IDR 29,366 per unit. With a competitive selling price of IDR 35,000 per unit, the company obtained a profit margin of 20% per pcs. Analysis shows that the Break Even Point (BEP) is reached at the sale of 912 pcs, with an estimated Payback Period occurring within 5 to 6 production periods. It can be concluded that the synergy between extensive digital marketing and effective cost control contributes significantly to profitability, competitive advantage, and business sustainability of Aether Bliss in the natural body care product market.
