Abstract

The community's need for fuel oil is increasing, this is indicated by the mobility of the population and also the increasing number of motorized vehicles. The distribution and ease of access to a gas station must be met so that every corner of the community area feels the benefits. This study aims to analyze the distribution pattern and accessibility of gas stations, as well as the influence of population density and population on the type of gas stations in Sukoharjo Regency. The method used in this study is the census method. The results obtained a distribution pattern using NNA (Nearest Neighbor Analysis) Sukoharjo Regency, namely 1.046911, which is a random category (Random), this random pattern results in an uneven distribution of gas stations in Sukoharjo Regency. However, the accessibility of gas stations to several public facilities is quite good because their location is on arterial roads, which are adjacent to government buildings, businesses, hospitals, and post offices. Population density and population in Sukoharjo Regency influence the determination of the type of gas stations in this Regency, this type C gas station was built by considering environmental conditions. In densely populated areas such as Kartasura District, Grogol District, Baki District, and Mojolaban District, gas stations are made with type A because of the limited area, so they can only be made with type C. However, to meet the high demand, these gas stations are made more than in other areas.
