Abstract

The Sehat Ceria Integrated Health Post (Posyandu Sehat Ceria) encountered many obstacles in the process of searching and producing reports. The data processing and recording methods used by the Posyandu Sehat Ceria were still manual, using handwriting and then stored in a report book, along with the Maternal and Child Health Book (KIA) and the Health Card (KMS. This research aims to develop a website based toddler health information system is an integrated system that collects, processes, stores, and presents data. The system development method used was the waterfall method, utilizing the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The developed system provides features for toodler registration, recording examination results, scheduling posyandu appointments, growth charts, and data reporting. Blackbox testing results showed all functions functioning as required, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) test obtained an average score of 80, categorized as “Excellent”Therefore, this system is considered functional and has excellent usability to support toddler health services at the Sehat Ceria Integrated Health Post.
