Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and leadership support on teacher performance, with teacher competence as an intervening variable, among Guru Penggerak in Madiun City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with a sampling technique involving 131 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS. The findings confirm that enhancing teacher competence is essential to optimizing the impact of knowledge sharing and leadership support on teacher performance. These results also provide practical insights for designing policies aimed at improving teacher performance
