Abstract
The District Attorney's Office in the modern era has transformed into a liaison between the interests of victims, perpetrators, and the community by emphasizing the restoration of the original situation, not on revenge in accordance with Prosecutor's Regulation No. 15 of 2020. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of case resolution efforts carried out by the Sukoharjo, Wonogiri, Sukoharjo District Attorney's Office in fulfilling the rights of victims and the obstacles faced. The research method used is empirical juridical by collecting data using field interviews and literature studies with secondary data sources such as laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that the Prosecutor's Office has achieved the objectives of Restorative Justice well, integrated, and adapted according to procedures that indicate that the restorative justice approach is not only quite successfully implemented, but has also become an integral part of efforts to resolve criminal cases within the Prosecutor's Office, but there are obstacles such as many Prosecutors who are too casuistic, negative stigma from the community towards law enforcement officers, difficulties in summoning the parties to the case. The solution offered is none other than socialization to embrace the community more closely and performance evaluation and special training for prosecutors. In this way, existing obstacles can be gradually minimized.
