Abstract
This study discusses the development of an e-commerce website integrated with the information system at The Hidden Swargi Coffee Roaster. The background of this study stems from the need for businesses to improve operational efficiency while expanding their marketing reach in the digital age. The method used in the development is the Waterfall model, starting from needs analysis, system design, implementation, to testing. The results show that the developed system is capable of supporting more structured management of products, transactions, and customer data. Black Box testing proved that all functions worked as designed, while System Usability Scale (SUS) testing involving 25 respondents resulted in an average score of 76.3, which falls into the Good (grade B) category. This indicates that the system has a good level of acceptability and can be used to support sales and customer service. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to MSMEs in the application of information technology, as well as serve as an academic reference in the field of integrated e-commerce system development.
