Abstract
This study aims to analyze the business position and development strategy of Tankai Juice Bar using the SWOT and Blue Ocean Strategy approaches. Tankai Juice Bar is a juice bar located in Solo. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The SWOT analysis identified six key strengths, four weaknesses, four opportunities, and two threats influencing business performance. The IFE and EFE scores of 3.09 and 2.85 place Tankai Juice Bar in quadrant IV of the Internal–External matrix, indicating a grow and build strategy. The SWOT analysis produced eight strategic directions focusing on leveraging strengths to capture opportunities and enhancing innovation. Through the Blue Ocean Strategy’s Four Actions Framework, the study suggests raising product quality, customer service, and digital promotion, while creating new offerings such as community collaboration events, an online ordering system, periodic fresh fruit availability, and a customer loyalty program to strengthen competitiveness and market appeal.
