Abstract
Students who are actively involved in campus organizations often face dual demands between academic responsibilities and organizational activities. This situation frequently leads to academic procrastination, where students delay completing coursework due to limited time and heavy activity loads. This study aims to examine the relationship between perfectionism and time management with academic procrastination among organizationally active students in the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The study employs a correlational quantitative approach. The population consists of 340 organizationally active students, from which a sample of 151 students was obtained. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire with four response categories to measure academic procrastination, perfectionism, and time management. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The simultaneous test results show that perfectionism and time management together have a significant effect on academic procrastination. The partial test indicates that perfectionism has a significant positive effect, while time management has a significant negative effect on academic procrastination. These findings are expected to provide both practical and theoretical insights into the relationship between perfectionism, time management, and academic procrastination among students who are actively engaged in organizational activities.
