Abstract
Cianjur Regency experiences an imbalance in health facility services between the northern and southern regions. Geographical factors such as hills and mountains, limited road infrastructure, and a shortage of medical personnel are the main obstacles to equal access to health center and hospital services. This limited access has the potential to hinder optimal health services for the people of Cianjur Regency. With the above description, the researchers were interested in conducting research related to the spatial patterns and coverage of health facilities such as community health centers and hospitals in Cianjur Regency. The research methods used are nearest neighbor calculations and network analysis (service area). The data used includes data from the Central Statistics Agency and the official website of Cianjur Regency. This study found that (1) the distribution pattern of health center facilities was random, while that of hospital facilities was dispersed. However, the distribution of hospital facilities was only dominant in the northern region, while in the southern region there were only two, namely Pagelaran Regional General Hospital and Sindang Barang Regional General Hospital. (2) In terms of accessibility, health facilities were more easily accessible in the northern region.
