Abstract
ANALYSIS OF SERVICE QUALITY, DESTINATION IMAGE, AND ACCESSIBILITY IN BUILDING TOURIST SATISFACTION, LOYALTY, AND WORD OF MOUTH IN WAEREBO TOURISM VILLAGE This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, destination image, and accessibility on tourist satisfaction and their impact on tourist loyalty and word of mouth (WOM) in Waerebo Tourism Village. Waerebo Village, as a culture-based tourism destination, has main attractions such as the traditional Mbaru Niang houses, local traditions, and natural beauty. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 153 tourists visiting Waerebo Village. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that service quality, destination image, and accessibility have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on loyalty and WOM. Additionally, this study finds that tourist satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality, destination image, and accessibility with loyalty and WOM.
