Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on Consumer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as Mediator. This study is included in quantitative research. The population of this study is all customers of Mixue Banjarsari Surakarta branch. The sample collected in this study was 150 respondents. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from respondents' answers through the questionnaire that has been given. The results of this study indicate that (1) Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Price has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Loyalty. (5) Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Product Quality and Customer Loyalty. (6) Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty. (7) Customer Satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Price and Customer Loyalty.
