Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to identify the efforts of Crown Boarding School Karanganyar teachers in instilling Akhlak in today's Generation Z. As well as analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors during the process of implementing Akhlak education. The background of this study stems from the author's concern for the nation's teachers in facing the Challenges of Akhlak education for this Modern Generation in the era of globalization, where Akhlak education remains the main basis in education in order to strengthen the mentality and knowledge of the nation's generation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research and a phenomenological approach. meaning that data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the data. The subjects of the study included the principal of Crown Boarding School, teachers, and students. The results of the study show that Crown Boarding School continues to strive to instill moral values that are in accordance with the character of "Uswatun Khasanah" namely the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as a role model for character education of students by educating like the companions with stories in the book of sirah nabawiyah, and ta'limul muta'allim, in practice the school continues to strive by making rules for student discipline that must be carried out and obeyed. Supporting factors include, good finances, competent teachers according to Crown boarding school teacher standards, and facilities (infrastructure). While the obstacles include health facilities, factors of the place being far from the city and hospitals are also obstacles.
