Abstract

The film Ali and Queens Queens raises a story about a value in the family, there are values of loyalty, stability, and togetherness in the family so that it contains family values that can be learned. The purpose of this study is to find out and be able to analyze scenes that represent family values in the film Ali and Queens Queens in this case the researcher formulates the problem of how to analyze scenes that represent family values in the film Ali and Queens Queens?, The method used in this study is a qualitative method, then this study uses Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. The results of this study indicate that the representation of family values is not only obtained from blood relations, relationships that are not blood relations can also become family. In accordance with the implied message in the film Ali and Queens Queens.
