Abstract
The Internet Service Provider (ISP) Cooperation Agreement at PT Yasmin Amanah Media is a strategic agreement between the company and its partners in providing reliable and high-quality internet services. The purpose of this study is to describe the construction of the legal relationship that occurs and the form of legal protection for the parties to the Internet Service Provider cooperation agreement between PT. Yasmin Amanah Media and its partners. The research method used is a normative doctrinal study with a data collection method, namely Library Research. Research Findings The legal relationship arising from the cooperation agreement between PT Yasmin Amanah Media and its partners establishes rights and obligations between the parties. The rights and obligations between the parties are imbalanced, with the first party having more dominant rights and the second party having more obligations than the first party. PT Yasmin Amanah Media and its partner, in the event of a dispute, implement preventive legal protection through consultation.
