Abstract

Madiun City has the potential to become a tourist destination, and Madiun City itself excels in the sectors of trade, education, and industry.Especially in the trade sector, the largest part of the trade sector in Madiun City comes from local SMEs such as culinary, crafts, batik, handicrafts, etc.The government also frequently holds training sessions in various locations to educate every MSME player so they can plan, develop, and maintain local MSME products.The MSMEs of Madiun City have great potential if managed properly. With this potential, the "MSME Center and Culinary Center with a Green Architecture Approach" has been designed, utilizing vacant land located in the Taman District of Madiun City as the site and supporting facilities in this design.The MSME Center and MSME Culinary Center are designed with a Green Architecture approach because this approach is more efficient and sustainable for the building by responding to the waste generated by the building so that it can be processed and does not pollute the site area or the surrounding environment.Data is collected and processed to design the MSME Center and Culinary Center.In the city of Madiun, the author uses a Green Architecture approach for the design of interior and exterior concepts.With the hope of producing a design that can respond to the urgent need for facilities, namely by designing an MSME Center and a Culinary Center with a green architecture approach to address the waste generated by the building.
