Abstract
Fertilizer stores, especially the Surya Makmur Fertilizer Store located in Jantir, Sindon, Ngemplak, Boyolali, are important stores in rural areas because farmers are still widely found there. Surya Makmur Fertilizer Store is located in a rural area where the use of technology is still quite minimal. Activities such as recording purchases are still carried out manually using books which, if errors occur such as miswriting, miscalculation, and so on, are rather difficult to correct. By making an information system, it is hoped that it can facilitate activities such as entering item data, updating item data, entering sales data, and others. The development of this information system uses one of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods, namely Waterfall which consists of Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance. This information system is based on localhost which is made with the Visual Studio Code text editor, PHP Framework namely Laravel, CSS Framework in the form of Bootstrap, and MySQL database. For the test itself using System Usability Scale (SUS) and Blackbox Testing for 10 prospective Admin respondents. The test results reveal the system gets an average SUS score of 70 which indicates the usability of this system is classified as Marginal in terms of comfort, and effectiveness in its use.
