Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven a transformation in the business world, particularly in online sales systems. This phenomenon has significantly influenced consumer behavior and corporate marketing strategies. However, online business actors still face several challenges, such as unpredictable shipping policies, account suspensions due to false detection of fake orders, and technical issues during promotional periods. In response to these problems, this study aims to design a website-based sales information system for Kulawu Store to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which includes five stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system testing was conducted using the Black Box method to ensure all features functioned as expected. The results indicate that the system meets the needs of both administrators and customers. By having its own online store website, Kulawu Store can manage transactions more professionally and securely, without relying on third-party platforms.
