Abstract

In this era of progress, of course, there are many sophisticated technologies that are dominated by young people. Youth is a time when life's attachment to others will change. Therefore, BK teachers and PAI teachers collaborate in dealing with juvenile delinquency. Regarding the purpose of this study is to describe the collaboration of teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura and to identify supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the collaboration of PAI teachers and BK teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. This study is a qualitative study that applies interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique applied is qualitative descriptive analysis. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of collaboration, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact of cooperation between Guidance and Counseling teachers and Islamic Religious Education teachers in dealing with students who experience problems. The results of the study indicate that cooperation between the two parties is realized through joint recording of students who have problems. The results of this study are a form of implementation of collaboration carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers with BK teachers in instilling religious norms in students at SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura by collaborating in their respective aspects such as implementing Dhuha prayers and Dzuhur prayers in congregation at school. On the other hand, the supporting factors are providing guidelines for character formation and not forgetting the assistance of homeroom teacher cooperation with the reports they have about students and also being involved in cooperation with Babinsa (village development non-commissioned officers), and Koramil (military rayon command) Kartasura for character formation and discipline of students at school in order to implement rules and a regular and disciplined life for students. In addition, the inhibiting factors are socializing between friends and the bad influence of friends at school are one of the inhibiting factors and it is difficult for parents to cooperate more in defending their children, parents cover up their children's mistakes in other words, parents' dishonesty to the school so it will be difficult for the school and teachers to overcome juvenile delinquency that continues to occur.
