Abstract
Health facilities are an important component in people's lives, the existence of important facilities to meet the health needs of the community. Likewise, Serang Regency also has health facilities with 107 clinic units, 31 health centers, and 7 hospital units, in this study focused on facilities in the form of hospitals, health centers, and clinics. It is necessary to know the distribution and reach of each facility. This study aims to, 1) Analyze the distribution pattern of health facilities in Serang Regency using ANN (Average Nearest Neighbor), 2) Analyze the reach of health facilities in Serang Regency to settlements using Buffer, 3) Analyze the accessibility of health facilities (hospitals, health centers, and clinics) to settlements in Serang Regency using Network Analysis. The method used in this study is a descriptive-quantitative method. The results of ANN processing to determine the distribution pattern of health facilities in the Regency itself produced a nearest neighbor ratio value of 0.497391, the distribution pattern is included in the clustered category. Because the pattern that groups the coverage of supporting treatment in Health Facilities also groups it with an area of affordable settlements of 478.16 km2 (59.54%) and an area of unaffordable settlements of 324.87 km2 (40.46%) from a total settlement area of 803.03 km2. Accessibility shows the coverage of service areas based on distance and time with almost the same results, and optimal service is at least in the western part of Serang Regency. Sub-districts that are not accessible include Cinangka, Mancak, and Padarincang Districts.
