Abstract
An information system is an integrated system that collects, processes, stores, and presents data to support real-time decision-making based on actual needs and data. UMS Open is a national-level taekwondo championship participated in by several provinces in Indonesia. Its implementation has faced challenges, especially in administrative processes and data coordination due to manual procedures, which have the potential to cause reporting delays and scheduling conflicts. This study aims to develop an integrated championship management information system to facilitate participant registration, competition bracket creation, score recording, and real-time result reporting to support fast and accurate decision-making. The development method used is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. In the analysis phase, functional and non-functional requirements were identified in collaboration with users. The design phase utilized use case diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and wireframes. Implementation was carried out using Next.js and Tailwind CSS to create a responsive user interface. The system was tested using the Blackbox Testing method, which showed that all features functioned properly. The System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation resulted in an average score of 81 with an Excellent rating, indicating that the system has a high level of usability and is considered suitable for use.
