Abstract
Sekolah dasar negeri 02 Sewurejo is a public elementary school located in Mojogedang Subdistrict, Karanganyar, Central Java, which has a library that serves as a supporting facility for teaching and learning activities. Currently, the management of book borrowing and returning at SDN 02 Sewurejo is still carried out manually using traditional recording methods such as notebooks or physical documents without the aid of a digital system. This leads to several issues, including data loss, inaccurate records, and difficulties in tracking the status of books. To address these problems, this study aims to develop a Library Management Information System at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Sewurejo. The system is developed using the Waterfall approach from the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system is built using the Laravel Herd framework and implemented as a web-based application that can be accessed by users. The developed system successfully facilitates the book borrowing and returning processes by providing several useful features. Based on testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS), the system obtained a score of 82, indicating that it was well accepted by users.
