Abstract

The Social Service is led by a Head of Service who is responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, developing, supervising, controlling and implementing the duties and functions of the Social Service. It is very important for all employees to work together to provide the best service to the community. This research aims to determine the relationship between employee performance at the X District Social Service and transformational leadership style. Correlational quantitative research and other data collection methods were used to collect data from 155 employees of the X District Social Service. Simple random sampling was used. Instead, product moment analysis is used to determine the relationship between the two variables. These include tests of normality, linearity, and correlation coefficient hypotheses. With correlation coefficient values (r) = 0.457 and p = 0.0 (p < 0.05), the research results show that there is a positive relationship between the two variables
