Abstract

The Tirtomoyo District has geographical conditions that are prone to landslide natural disasters, which is supported by the structural hilly landform with a slope of 15% - 40%. Another factor that contributes to the susceptibility to landslides is the increasing level of rainfall occurring from year to year, based on CHIRPS data from 2021 to 2022. The objectives of this study are 1) to analyze the level of vulnerability to landslide natural disasters in 2021 and 2022 in Tirtomoyo District. 2) To analyze the distribution by mapping the points of landslide natural disaster occurrences in 2021 and 2022 in Tirtomoyo District. 3) To analyze the relationship between the level of vulnerability and the locations of landslide natural disasters in Tirtomoyo District. This research uses descriptive analysis and nearest neighbor analysis methods. The results of the landslide vulnerability mapping show three classes of vulnerability: low, moderate, and high. Of the three classes of vulnerability, in 2021 out of 14 villages in Tirtomoyo District, it showed a vulnerability class of 1 village low, 11 villages medium, and 2 villages high. Meanwhile, in 2022, it showed a vulnerability class of 1 village low and 13 villages high. The results of the ANN (nearest neighbor analysis) showed a random distribution pattern of landslide points, and in 2022 it showed a clustered distribution pattern.
