Abstract
Labor productivity is one of the key elemtents in the success of a construction project. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that affect productivity in the construction project of the New Office Building of the Karanganyar Inspectorate. The research was conducted using a quantitative-qualitative approach through the distribution of questionnaries to l50 respondents consisting of project workers, as well as interviews with top management. The variables analyzed include age, experience, education, wages, number of dependents, health, site conditions, occupational safety and health (OSH), and weather conditions. The data were analyzed using SPSS software with multiple linear regression methods, validity and reliability tests, normality tests, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results showed that most of the tested variables had a significant partial and simultaneous effect, while the number of dependents had no significant effect. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to improving human resource management in construction projects and serve as an academic reference for future related studies.
