Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, managerial ownership, debt policy, dividend policy, and company size on the value of companies in infrastructure sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The research method uses an associative quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. The sample selection was carried out through purposive sampling techniques, and 105 observations were obtained from 35 companies over three years. The data analysis used multiple linear regression preceded by a classical assumption test. The results of the study show that simultaneously the five independent variables have a significant effect on the company's value. Partially, the variables of profitability (ROA), debt policy (DER), and company size have a positive and significant influence on the company's value. In contrast, managerial ownership has a significant negative influence, while dividend policy has no significant effect. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.505 indicates that 50.5% of the variation in the company's value can be explained by all five variables studied. These findings show that internal factors such as the efficiency of asset use, capital structure, and business scale play an important role in determining the company's value in the eyes of investors. This research provides practical implications for company management and investors to pay more attention to relevant financial indicators in an effort to increase company value, especially in the infrastructure sector that is growing post-pandemic.
