Abstract

This research aims to explain the legal considerations given by the judge when examining District Court verdict number 411/pid.B/2023/PN SGL. In this research, it will explain the types of violations committed by business actors, the impact on public health, and the legal approach applied in the decision. The analysis will also cover the effectiveness of the sanctions imposed and the role of related institutions in preventing this illegal practice. Thus, it is expected to provide recommendations for the improvement of law enforcement policies in the food sector. The normative method is an approach in legal research that focuses on analysing applicable legal norms, regulations and principles. It aims to evaluate and understand how these norms are applied in practice, as well as their impact on society. In a research context, this method is often used to assess the effectiveness of regulations, analyse court decisions, and provide legal policy recommendations.
