Abstract
Review of Sharia Economic Law on Palm Oil Trading at Palm Oil Collectors in Karang Dadi Village, Rimbo Ilir District, which is detrimental to the community who weigh the palm oil at the collector (toke) which deviates greatly from the elements of sharia economics and Islamic law itself. The review was conducted to analyze the weighing carried out between palm oil sellers and collectors to commit fraud on the scales to weigh the palm oil of the community in Karang Dadi Village, Rimbo Ilir District, Tebo Jambi Regency, which is detrimental to the people of Karang Dadi Village. This fraudulent reduction in weight is often carried out by palm oil collectors to gain more profit and reduce the weight of the scales which is detrimental to the community who harvest (sell) palm oil.
