Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the moral reasoning method in shaping the global character of students of SD N 1 Nambuhan. To find out the application and influence of the moral reasoning method on the formation of moral and global character of students of SD N 1 Nambuhan, this study uses a quantitative method of pre-test & post-tets experiments with a research sample of grade VI students of SD N 1 Nambuhan. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the moral reasoning method is quite effective in learning. This can be seen from students who initially found it difficult to understand the material and were not enthusiastic in participating in learning, but now after using the moral reasoning method, students are more enthusiastic in learning and easy to understand the material delivered with the group learning model. This moral reasoning method It can also shape the morals and character of global diversity, this can be evidenced by changes such as students being more confident, respecting differences and being able to form good morals and morals. therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the moral reasoning method can improve student learning outcomes and show effectiveness in shaping the character of global competence at SD N 1 Nambuhan.
