Abstract
In its development, the digital recording method can facilitate its implementation which can be done anywhere and anytime. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can facilitate recording. The benefit of implementing this new system is to make it easier for laboratory assistants as recorders to record when there are borrowers of goods. This information system uses media such as Appsheet, Spreadsheet, and Google Drive as data storage. This study produces Research and Development research and uses the ADDIE Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation) development model. From the results of the study, including: 1) digital recording can facilitate work. 2) With this new system, it can be accessed anywhere. The conclusion in this study in the old model of recording work can be replaced with this information system which can be accessed and opened with several platforms such as mobile phones, laptops or tablets connected to the internet.
