Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee training on employee performance at PT HOC Property Beauty Skin Clinic. To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT HOC Property Beauty Skin Clinic. To analyze the simultaneous influence of employee training and compensation on employee performance at PT HOC Property Beauty Skin Clinic. The population in this study were employees of PT HOC Property Beauty Skin Clinic and a sample of 60 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that the variables of employee training and compensation partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The influence of the work environment, rewards and work stress on employee performance is 74.2%.
