Abstract
This study aims to describe teachers' perceptions of Moral Knowing character education within the Scout program at SDN 02 Ngadiluwih, analyze its implementation in scouting activities, identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its execution, and formulate strategies to optimize the integration of moral values into student activities. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Scout program effectively integrates moral character values such as moral knowledge, awareness, reasoning, and decision-making in a structured manner through habitual behavior, routine activities, and real-life practice. Key supporting factors include the active role of teachers and scout leaders, a conducive school environment, participatory learning methods, and the involvement of parents and the community. However, several obstacles were identified, such as the lack of concrete role models, negative social influences, an overly theoretical approach to moral teaching, and limited real-life application of values. Therefore, the success of Moral Knowing character education within the Scout program largely depends on consistent modeling, reinforcement through practical application, and collaboration among schools, families, and the wider community.
