Abstract

Learning to write poetry is often considered difficult by students due to limitations in understanding the elements of poetry and a lack of interactive learning media. The application of interactive Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on liveworksheets is expected to be a solution in improving students' understanding and skills in writing poetry. This research aims to describe the implementation of interactive LKPD based on liveworksheets in poetry writing learning and to analyze the effectiveness and responses of students after using the interactive LKPD based on liveworksheets. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subject of the study is class XI students in one of the high schools in Surakarta who was involved in learning to write poetry using interactive LKPD based on Liveworksheets. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the application of interactive LKPD based on Liveworksheets in learning to write poetry takes place in three main stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, students are introduced to the Liveworksheets platform and given instructions on its use. In the implementation stage, students work on an interactive LKPD that contains various poetry writing exercises with an automatic feedback feature. The observation results showed that students were more active and enthusiastic in completing the task of writing poetry. In addition, the results of interviews and analysis of poetry writing assignments showed an increase in the use of diction and language style. The conclusion of this study is that the application of interactive LKPD based on Liveworksheets can increase students' involvement in learning to write poetry. In addition, the use of this interactive media also simplifies the evaluation process and provides a more interesting learning experience for students. The implications of this study show that the integration of technology in learning can be an effective alternative in improving students' writing skills.
